Terms & Conditions

By booking a trip with Sierra MTB Holidays, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Booking & Payment

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Full payment is due before your arrival unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include accommodation, guiding, meals, and transfers as described.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• If you cancel more than 30 days before your trip, we will refund any payment made, minus any non-refundable costs.
• Cancellations within 30 days of arrival may not be refunded.
• If we must cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rebooking option will be offered.

3. Insurance

All guests must have appropriate travel insurance that includes cover for mountain biking, accidents, and medical emergencies.

4. Liability

Mountain biking is an outdoor sport and carries risk. Sierra MTB Holidays is not liable for injury, loss, or damage during your stay. You ride at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety and equipment.

5. Bike Hire

If you hire a bike from us, you are responsible for returning it in the same condition. Any damage or loss may incur additional charges.

6. Behaviour

We reserve the right to remove any guest behaving in a way that is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund.

7. Changes to Itinerary

Weather, trail conditions, or safety concerns may require changes to routes, schedules, or services. We aim to provide a safe and enjoyable experience at all times.
