When you rent an e-bike from us, we will be totally responsible to keep it running smoothly on the rides, ensuring a worry free biking holiday..
Bringing your own bike (E-bikes not allowed by plane)
If you choose to bring your own bike, you can be sure that in the evenings your bike will be stored safe and secure. If you need to maintain your bike we have full maintenance facilities including wash / cleaning area with free detergent, lubes and of course a selection of professional tools and stands.
Our Spanish / English speaking guides carry a general selection of spares along with first aid kits, and being first aid trained they will ensure you get through the day’s riding.
If there are any major issues we have excellent bike shops open until 9 p.m. so the bikes can be fixed for the following days ride. If they have that particular part in stock, we have an arrangement with them to give us priority.
