ALHAURIN VILLAGE

Our “Alhaurin Village” route is basically a long loop that starts from our favorite BP cafe and back to the same place.
Then one of our descents down to the coast.
It begins with a ride through a pine forest behind Alhaurin El Grande on gravel tracks until we gradually descend into the center of Alhaurin village where we ride through its narrow Andalusian streets.
We continue descending into a valley from where we’ll start climbing back up through some beautiful agricultural land on dirt tracks, surrounded by oranges, lemons, avocados, figs and many more fruits, which will eventually lead us back to the BP for a short but tasty Spanish lunch .
From there, we continue riding down to the coast via some easy smooth trails with lots of singletrack riding.
A lovely day out for those seeking a leisurely ride to get to know the real Andalusian white washed village with its typical agricultural land.
